Students from PLMGS please take note. Please gather outside your school gate by 8.45am on Saturday. The Shuttle bus will leave promptly at 9am. If you are going on your own to Bedok Camp, please be there by 9.30am.

**IMPORTANT**

Please have your breakfast before coming and bring along your water bottle.

Do be in proper attire. non-school based t-shirts & shorts (no fbt shorts).

PLMGS & TKSS Students please note that there will be buses to fetch you all from your school to Bedok Camp II.

Attendance for training
Attendances for trainings on Tuesdays & Saturdays will now be Strictly Taken. Absentees may be placed in reserve list or dropped. Complimentary NDP tickets and NDP participation certificates for all participants are also dependent on training attendances. As NDP is a National event, commitment is required of all participants. Participants & Mentors who need letters of excuse from school or work to attend NDP trainings can request for them through their mentors.

**SAFETY ISSUE**
All participants are to ensure they have a proper meal (e.g. breakfast) before training. Please bring along a water bottle for all trainings and ensure that you drink enough water at all times.

For morning training (eg. Sat) please ensure you have enough sleep and rest the night before and hydrate yourself as well.

Ensure you hydrate yourself regularly before,during & after training.

PLMGS Students - training on 27th May (Tues)

HIPHOP DANCERS
There is an extra dance practice at 6pm. It is to help you to be familiar with the dance steps. If you are taking the chartered bus, the bus will leave school at 6pm promptly. Please gather at the canteen and look out for Sheryl and Huimin. If you are going to Bedok Camp on your own, please be at the PARADE SQUARE by 6pm.

SKYRUNNERS
Report to Bedok Camp at 7pm.

BOTH Hiphop dancers and Skyrunners
Please have your dinner before the rehearsal, and bring a water bottle along.
Wear a school-based tshirt (PL-Lite tshirt, house tshirt, CCA tshirt, PB tshirt, class tshirt etc). Bottom: PE shorts or anything longer than that. (No FBT pls!)

Hi all, next training will be on Tuesday (27th May). There will be additional training for those who need to catch up starting from 6pm.

NDP training on 20 May (Tuesday), 7-9.30pm will be at SAF Bedok Camp II. Free Shuttle Buses every 15 mins from Tanah Merah MRT Station will be provided from 6pm onwards. Pick-up point is at the bus-stop outside the MRT station in the direction towards Singapore Expo. Shuttle buses will also be provided back to Tanah Merah when practices are over. TKSS & PLMGS(Sec) students , please note that buses will pick you up from school.

TKSS & PLMGSS students

All TKSS & PLMGSS students please note on this saturday,17th May, there will be bus ferry service to fetch you from your school to Bedok Camp II for the training. The buses will arrive in your school at 8am. Leaving latest at around 8.30am. So please note of this arrangement and see you guys & girls on this saturday.
